Do you ship outside the U.S?
Yes. We have customers from all over the world, including Canada, Europe, South America, and Australia. International shipping rates and customs rates will apply to your order, but we'll glady work with you to ship your order at the lowest cost possible. How long will it take to receive my order?
Our standard turnaround time is 1-3 business days. Our packages ship UPS Ground, so please visit www.ups.com to calculate average shipping time to your location from our warehouse. The address is listed below:

Is it possible to add more items to an order once it's already been placed?
Yes, but only under two conditions:
- Your order has not shipped yet
- You have backordered items that still need to be shipped*
*We kindly request you add no more than $10 worth of merchandise to backorder shipments since we pay freight charges. If you need to order more than $10 worth of products, please place another order. Thank you.

Does Shapes Etc. accept School Purchase Orders?
Yes. Please fax POs to 585.335.6070. If your school is located in New York state, please include your Tax ID Number so you are exempt from sales tax charges.

Do you print custom products on request?
No. Please e-mail us at info@shapesetc.com if you have more questions regarding custom products.

Do you accept returns?
Yes, but only on the condition that the product you are returning is:
- authorized by Shapes Etc. before you return the product
- returned within 30 days of invoice date
- not discontinued, redesigned or shopworn

Where can I find more specific information about your products?
Visit our "Customer Care" page and select "Product Info" tab. Choose from our complete Product List (includes recently discontinued products) and our 2009 Price List. We're currently working on a Material List, showing all the components that go into making our products (paper type, ink type, etc.).
